  9.   Hi and welcome to my first ever piece of work. I hope you liked the
  10.  boot on this disk by the way. And that you`ll be able to see yourself clear
  11.  to sending a donation to The Terence Higgins Trust, cause i think there a
  12.  really worthwhile charity in this day and age.
  13.  
  14.   So what is this programme all about then. Well dreams of course. It aims to
  15.  teach you a little about what you dream about. The meanings of various
  16.  things that stand out in a dream.
  17.  
  18.   So how do you get a good nights sleep so you can have lots of interesting
  19.  dreams in the first place. Firstly i recommend a nice warm bubbly bath.
  20.  Then a cup of chamomile tea. If you have a partner get them to massage your
  21.  back,as i find this works wonders. If all these fail try another cup of
  22.  chamomile tea.
  23.  
  24.   Before you go to bed make sure you have some paper and a pen handy. This
  25.  way if you wake up in the middle of the night you`ll be able to jot down
  26.  anything you remember about what you`ve just dreamt. Then in the morning
  27.  you can refer to this disk to see what it all means.

  29.   Anyway i`ve spaced out all the sections in alphabetical order for easier
  30.  reference,so sleep tight and get dreaming...
